Turn 1 Phase 1 - starting speed

Sorry for the delay... Had no reply from Rob but by the time the 24 hour clock expired I was on my way home from work and had several errands to run. Got home in time to start our Edge of the Empire game on roll20.net, then went to bed a few hours later after preparing a recap for the absent player.
